Dr. Kei Shiino BDS (OTG)

Dr. Kei ShiinoDr. Kei Shiino graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He is one of the Principal dentists at The Dental Club and has vast experience in general practice dentistry.

He has a special interest in Cosmetic dentistry and Orthodontics. He has done advanced training in Fastbrace and Progressive Orthodontics and can provide these services at both the Caboolture and Stafford branches.

In his spare time, Dr. Shiino enjoys playing tennis, going for a swim and playing musical instruments.

Dr. Tony Son BASc, MASc, BDSc (QLD)

Dr. Tony SonTony graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science. He worked at the Queensland Health Government Clinic in Ipswich and Caboolture where he gained experience in minor oral surgery such as surgical extractions and wisdom teeth removal, denture works, trauma and seniors or medically compromised patients. He continues his commitment to the QH Government Clinic in Caboolture. He has worked privately in North Lakes where he has had experience in general dentistry, crowns and bridge, veneers, root canal treatment and laser dentistry.

Tony is happy to address any concerns regarding your dental wellbeing and will work towards accommodating your individual needs and provide you high quality of dental care. He is also capable of providing a high standard of service in most aspects of dentistry ranging from general checkups to the implant dentistry.

Tony has licensed for Intra, extra oral dental X-ray units and laser apparatus and has completed clinical education courses such as Composite resins, Paediatric dentistry, Cosmetic dentistry, Veneers, Crowns & Bridge, Endodontics, Implants, care of dental phobic and anxious patients.

Dr. Sadaf Rizwan BDSc (QLD)

Dr. Sadaf RizwanDr. Sadaf Rizwan graduated from the University of Queensland in 2010.
Since then she has worked in both the public and private sectors and has been a dentist at The Dental Club since 2011.

She has a special interest in treating patients under General Anaesthetic and can provide this service through The Dental Club at the Caboolture Private Hospital. She also speaks Farsi/Persian as a second language.

In her spare time she enjoys doing art projects, reading and planning her next travel adventure. Sadaf likes to hear laughter and see smiles in her dental surgery.

Dr. John Jo BSc, BDS (OTG)

Dr. John JoJohn grew up in New Zealand and is a graduate of the University of Otago.

He realises that for many people visiting the dentist is not a preferred past time and one of the most satisfying moments are when his patients leave after treatment with a changed perception of dentists and dentistry. John considers treating patients as a privilege, and enjoys meeting and working with them to achieve optimum oral health and consequently improved general health. Seeing positive change in patient’s confidence gained from their new smile is a merit of this profession John finds rewarding.

John provides comprehensive care from treating children to braces and implants. He continues to keep updated with new advances in dentistry through continuing professional development courses.

Dr. Sophia Do BDSc (QLD)

Dr. Sophia DoSophia was born and raised in Brisbane and completed her Bachelor of Dental Science degree from the University of Queensland.

Sophia enjoys meeting and working closely with patients to develop sustainable treatment goals and provide quality dental services. Sophia has a gentle approach to dental treatment and believes in continuity of care, minimal intervention, preventative and conservative dentistry.

She has particular interest in aesthetic and functional dentistry and regularly attends continuing professional education courses. She understands some patients can be anxious visiting the dentist, and it is important for patients to be involved in the decision-making and planning process. She welcomes any questions or concerns you may have with your treatment, in order to make each visit as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Julian Tang BDSc (QLD)

Julian TangJulian graduated from the University of Queensland in 2013 with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree. For a period, he worked for Queensland Health in various locations before becoming a fully fledged member of the Dental Club in 2014. He is now working at full time capacity in both our Stafford and Caboolture clinics. Julian is a firm believer that every appointment with a dentist should be a stress-free and relaxing experience.

He will always take his time to explain what procedures are involved and patients often comment on his gentle approach to treatment. Professionally, Julian has a special interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry but also has a hand in prosthodontics and oral surgery. Through knowledge gained through multiple continuous professional development courses, he strives to provide his patients with the best of what modern dentistry has to offer.

Dr. Dayea Oh BDSc (QLD)

Dr. Dayea OhDr. Dayea Oh graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree with Honours. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association.

She likes to extend her knowledge and skills through attending various continuing professional development courses. Her special interests in Dentistry are: preventive and minimal intervention dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery.

Dayea, or often called Dee enjoys interacting with all patients from different age groups and cultural backgrounds, and addressing their personalised treatment plans. Her job satisfaction is attained from seeing her patients’ smiles after achieving their desired results.


Hi my name is Catherine Craig, I have been the Practice Manager here at The Dental Club since we opened the Caboolture clinic in 2010 and the Stafford Clinic in 2013. I have been in the dental industry for past 30 years, have seen a lot of changes. I trained as a dental assistant at the University Teaching Hospital of Wales in Cardiff UK, and worked in both the government and private clinics, gaining a lot of knowledge along the way. I came for a fun filled adventure backpacking 12 months in 1997, must have liked the place as I’m still here. I have been married for 17 years and have 2 teenage children. Life is very busy.


Hello my name is Jessica, I have been in the dental industry 11 years and at the dental club for over 3 years. I have experience in all areas of dental including implant dentistry, orthodontics, general anaesthetics and all general dentistry. I love my job and pride myself on making people feel comfortable when they come in and see us. Whether you are a dentist regular or someone who hasn't been for 10 years I'm sure I can make you feel comfortable and make you smile. As a mother of 2 children myself, I have wonderful connections with all the children who come and see us. In my spare time I play a lot of netball. Hi my name is Jayde. You will find me on Reception at The Dental Club, Caboolture. In 2007, straight out of school, I completed my Certificate III in Dental Assisting. I worked along side Dr Tony Son & Dr Kei Shiino assisting until 2015 when I gave birth to my first child, a little boy. Since returning from maternity leave in 2016 I now work part time on Reception.

I live on the Sunshine Coast and love spending my weekends with my family & friends. I look forward to providing you with an enjoyable dental experience and answering any questions you may have.


Hello my name is Sandi and I have been a Dental Nurse for over 12 years. 5 of these have been at The Dental Club, so I am practically part of the furniture here! I hold a Certificate 3 in Dental Nursing, and have worked in General, Pediatric, Implant, Orthodontics and General Anesthetics. I love visiting schools and day care centers, helping kids learn and be excited about the importance of healthy teeth and gums. I am happily married with 2 gorgeous kids who keep me very busy. We enjoy visiting the family farm, feeding the cows and horses and riding the quad bikes. In my spare time, I love to read and watch musicals. I enjoy being a part of The Dental Club which is a great team of awesome people delivering a wonderful standard of dentistry. I hope to see you soon!


Hi my name is Ange, I grew up in beautiful New Zealand and moved to sunny Queensland in January 2015 and was lucky enough to find the wonderful Dental Club team 6 weeks later. I have been assisting for 3.5 years and I am extremely lucky to be part of a great team where the dentists and the assistants have taught me so much and I am now furthering my studies in the industry, currently studying towards my Cert. 3 in Dental Assisting. I like to make sure our patients are happy and comfortable and at ease so their treatment with us is as stress free as possible. I am happily married with three great sons, in my spare time I am enjoying exploring my new country of residence with my family. I love leading a fit, healthy lifestyle and do a lot of training with my local Bootcamp and compete in various sporting events also. Hi, my name is Julie. I have been working in dentistry for the past 8 years, starting my career as a dental assistant in orthodontics. I completed my Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting in 2009, the same year I married my husband Blake and we now share 2 beautiful girls. Adele, aged 5 and Lucia, aged 2. I love spending time with my little family. I have now worked with The Dental Club for 9 months and it is a pleasure working with such beautiful people. The dentists really care about their patients and are passionate about what they do and do it well! The staff are amazing and I feel very lucky to work along side all of them. I love my job, being able to help and care for people is something I take pride in. It's a great feeling when you have helped someone feel comfortable at the dentist after so much fear. I look forward to continuing my work here and meeting many more patients.


Hi my name is Tahlia, I have completed my Certificate III at the Southbank Institute of Technology in 2013. I have recently decided to change pathways and study a Bachelor of Criminal Justice. I work at The Dental Club part time and really enjoy the atmosphere here. I spend all my spare time with my dog Otis or studying. Hi my name is Donna James, I completed my Certificate III in dental assisting on the Sunshine Coast. I have been a dental assistant for a long time taking 7 years off to raise my children, a 13 year old and 8 year old twins. In my spare time I am a breeder and show French and British Bulldogs. Between this and my children all my time is taken up. I look forward to meeting you at some point at The Dental Club.


Hi my name is Elaine, I was born in Beijing - China, so English is my second language. I lived in Sydney since the age of 11, I moved to QLD 10 years ago. My parents remained in Sydney. I moved here with my fiancé. We have 3 pets at home, and recently bought our own home. I like the occasional trip to the beach, karaoke bar, and hip hop dance class. I have been a dental assistant for over 10 years now. I started it when I was living in Sydney, after moving to QLD, I took a break from dental assisting and became admin for city council. Then I went back to dental assisting. Now I'm working with a terrific team, ready to be at your service.


Hi my name is Kelly, and I am the Practice Coordinator at our Stafford Clinic here at The Dental Club. I currently hold my Certificate III in Dental Assisting and am in charge of the day to day running of our second practice. I have previously studied Music and Education, until I found the wonderful team here at The Dental Club. In my spare time I love to participate in Musical Theatre productions both on stage and also in the orchestra. I love working here at The Dental Club, all our Dentists and Assistants are so friendly and absolutely fantastic at what they do, especially in regards to delivering excellent patient care; it is a very satisfying job. I am looking forward to furthering my knowledge within the dental industry and continuing to work in such a great practice.


Hi, I’m Katie. I am a Dental Assistant here at The Dental Club, Stafford. I have been Dental Assisting for 4 years and have a genuine passion for Oral Health. In my spare time I enjoy everything outdoors; from a simple walk around the block with my dog to a hike to the top of a mountain. It is difficult to come across a work place that you enjoy waking up in the morning to go to; I consider myself very lucky to have found one. I work with a great group of very passionate, down-to-earth people and would highly recommend any one of our dentists. I do look forward to one day returning back to University and continuing my studies.
