Cancellation Policy
At The Dental Club, we kindly ask for your consideration when changing or cancelling appointments so we can accommodate all patients.
Confirmations: Please confirm your appointment via SMS/email reminder or by contacting us. Unconfirmed appointments may be offered to other patients after 12:00pm the day prior.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Late cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
Missed Appointments: Cancellations within 2 hours or failure to attend may incur a fee or require prepayment for future visits.
Deposits: Deposits may be required for certain appointments and may be forfeited in cases of late cancellation or non-attendance.
